General Sami El Khoury joined SADER & Associates in 2018 as Senior Associate. He is specialized in law enforcement and investigations.

Before joining SADER & Associates, General El Khoury headed the Legal Department at the Lebanese Army Headquarter and was a Lay Judge at the Military Supreme Court in Beirut (2015 - 2018). He has also been the Chief Registrar of the Permanent Military Court in Beirut (2003-2011) and a Legal Military Consultant for the Army at the Discipline and Military Justice Department. In 2000, he was appointed as Commander of Beirut District at the Military Police.

General El Khoury's trainings includes: International Humanitarian Law of Armed conflict ICRC-Kuwait (April 2018); International Criminal Law and Procedure, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, the Hague and Beirut - Netherland (November 2016-May 2017); International symposium on security and Military Law, Seoul-South Korea (October 2016); International Humanitarian Law and Law of Armed conflict-Lebanon (April 2011); Workshop on the Post Arab Spring and its Implications-USA (February 2011); Military Law development Program-USA (April 2007-July 2007); Criminal Investigation Department-Egypt (September 2000-October 2000); Infantry Officer Advanced Course-USA (February 1997-August 1997).
