Dean Sfeir signs his new book

  Our Senior Partner Dean Khalil Sfeir has signed his latest book: «Droit International Privé Comparé» (Private International Comparative Law), published by Sader Legal Publications. The book signing event took place at Sader Publishers Stand during the Lebanese Book Festival organized by the «Antelias Cultural Movement».

  The book (1500 pages-2 volumes, in french language) consists of three major parts dealing with conflict of laws, and the implementation of its numerous rules in different cases such as civil marriage, the impact of the Internet on the author rights, banking operations. and the conflict of international jurisprudences regarding the issues mentioned above. The said book is distributed in Europe through Bruylant.
